Commonwealth is an exemplary facility. My mother is happy, engages well with everyone on the unit, and loves the food. Her hygiene is good, and her room is always clean. It does my heart good, to see the *social butterfly" she has become on the unit. I'm so grateful to every staff members that lovingly cares for her. They know all the "little things" that make Mom....Mom😊....They are always so kind, even after the second or third telling of the same story.
