Richard Brewer, Commonwealth Senior Living Founder and Chairman, gave a special toast at our Annual Conference this year as we celebrated the "Best Of" and showed our appreciation for all our Pineapple Family has done to improve the lives of seniors and their families over the past year. Today, we're honored to highlight this year's award winners who go above and beyond for our residents each day:
The Business Office Manager of the Year Award highlights an individual who made a significant contribution in 2022, keeping in mind our Core Values and Noble Selling Purpose for the betterment of the families we serve.The Community Excellence Award celebrates a community that stood out in 2022 by achieving and exceeding metrics, bringing new life to their Signature Programs, and remaining vigilant in delivering our Noble Selling Purpose to our residents and families.
The Dining Services Director of the Year is awarded to an individual who made a noteworthy contribution in 2022. Bob Raymond, Vice President of Dinning and Procurement, says, "Zoe Hall is an extraordinary Director of Dining Services at Commonwealth Senior Living at Farnham. Since joining CSL in 2013, Zoe knows every resident by name, and makes every resident feel at home!"The Evolution Award recognizes someone who overcame incredible odds and showed perseverance in their performance. Kim Hurt, Regional Vice President, says, "Never one to quit, Sarah had a year that was marked by personal losses as well as professional challenges. She dug in, started to make tough decisions, and worked hard to turn her challenges into opportunities. Sarah is determined to push through adversity and vows it will always make her stronger!"
The Risky Business Awards are presented to communities that achieve at least an 80% satisfaction rating on their Risk Management Inspections. This is not a small feat as the inspections are thorough and cover a wide range of categories to help mitigate risk. Commonwealth Senior Living at Cedar Bluff, for the second year in a row, had a satisfaction rating of 93.1%!Our Executive Director of the Year Award recognizes an individual who made a lasting impact in 2022. Amber Foster, Regional Vice President, says, "Gabriella is a great listener and truly invests in each of her associates and gets to know them on a personal level. She pushes, coaches, and inspires them to do better, and truly embodies our Core Values. She is positive, poised, and a big-picture planner. It has been a true honor to watch her grow over the last few years!"
Our Frontline Hero Award recognizes and honors our Frontline associates who stood out in 2022, demonstrated our Core Values, and made lasting contributions to their communities!
Our Home Office Associate of the Year Award celebrates a member of our Home Office team who made an important impact and contribution in 2022. The support Ashley shows to those in our communities and Home Office is incredible. We are very lucky to have her on our Pineapple Team!Our Maintenance Director of the Year Award celebrates an individual with a considerable contribution to their community team. We'd like to congratulate Alex as he earned this award for the second year in a row and thank him for all he does through his tireless contributions to our communities!
The Resident Programs Director of the Year Award is given to an individual who possesses leadership qualities within their community, engagement and involvement, creativity in resident programs, collaboration with other departments, and longevity within their role.This year, we had the pleasure of awarding two of our Resident Programs Directors this award!
Our Sales Presidents Club recognizes Sales Directors who are consistent performers in key categories. Kristy Ruppe Craddock, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, says, "This group of inductees dug deep, were not limited by the goals but instead pushed passed them and challenged themselves and their teams. They are not just bright, shining stars, they are shooting stars! They inspire me beyond any words I could share, and I could not be more proud of them."Our Rising Star Award recognizes an individual who joined Commonwealth Senior Living in 2022, has differentiated themselves, and has proven their leadership capabilities!
Our Resident Care Director of the Year Award recognizes an individual with a tireless contribution to their community team, outstanding clinical knowledge, and a representation of our Core Values. Stephanie Pfingsten, Senior Vice President of Resident Care, notes, "Stephanie has a servant leader heart and is committed to quality-of-care excellence not only at her community but at all CSL communities. She is a tremendous asset to CSL, and we are continually blessed to have her as a part of the resident care team!"Our Regional Support of the Year Award recognizes a regional associate who made a lasting impact in 2022. Michelle Hamilton, Chief Operating Officer, notes, "Amber Foster leads with a humble heart, grace, and poise. We are so lucky to have her and her leadership at Commonwealth and are so excited for her growth."
