Sometimes it's hard to explain how much our teams care about our residents and families. How they go above and beyond what is expected of them. And then there are times like this week when our team heard that a family was overwhelmed by the idea of physically moving their loved one into our community. The family knew that their loved one needed to be in our memory care community, and they were excited about that move. But the logistics of moving someone with dementia and all of their furniture was daunting.
That was when Danny Ruiz and John Dail stepped up and went that day to move everything the family needed. Hats off to Danny and John for dropping everything and helping a family become a part of our family at Commonwealth. It's a great example of why we believe we have the best team!
