Commonwealth Senior Living at Gloucester House

Absolutely one of the best facilities I've traveled to and the receptionist EMILY is Absolutely fantastic along with the exceptional staff.

Since 2023 I have had three family members who needed care above what family could provide at home. My mother is the most recent, entering assisted living a little over a month ago. When you walk in the door you notice how clean and bright the facility is. The staff is friendly and most speak in passing and are pleasant. The food and dining experience for all three meals is top of the line. Any issues with care that may arise are handled promptly. If my Mom isn't complaining things must be going pretty well. At times staffing levels may be down but I don't think it's a management issue but a workforce issue. I am very pleased with our choice.

My sister and I are incredibly pleased with our decision to move our mother to Gloucester House. After almost a year of watching her decline and grow increasingly depressed and dependent at another facility, we knew something had to change. Making the move was the best decision we could have made. The difference has been remarkable. We are always greeted with a smile, and mom is truly happy and thriving again. The activities keep residents engaged, the environment feels like home, and the entire staff-every single one of them, from concierge to administration-is exceptional! Their kindness and attentiveness shine through in everything they do. The food is homemade and delicious, and they have gone above and beyond to accommodate mom's dietary restrictions, preparing wonderful meals when she can't have what's on the main menu. The peace of mind Gloucester House has given us is priceless. They've lifted such a weight off our shoulders and have genuinely become a welcome part of our family.

The food is excellently prepared by Charlotte. All of the employees that we have had the pleasure of interacting with are professional, friendly and caring. Diedre, Haley, Alicia, Cindy, Gloria, Sheila, Russell and many more are very special individuals. Tha facilities are well kept and clean.
