For 30 years, U.S. News & World Report's Rankings and advice have served as a valuable reference when making life's toughest decisions. This is the inaugural year of this survey to rate senior living providers on what consumers value most. They surveyed over 3,000 senior living communities nationwide to ask residents and their families to rate their experience based on the kindness of staff, variety of activities, quality of the food and dining experience, whether local transportation is provided to doctor's appointments, grocery stores, or other daily needs, the quality of on-site caregiving and more.
