Commonwealth Senior Living at Hampton

My brother was a resident in the memory care unit. We were happy with the care given by the regular staff. They sincerely wanted to ensure he was able to adjust and physically thrive. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case, and when he needed greater medical help he was taken to the ER. He died shortly thereafter and the staff were sympathetic and helpful as we cleared his belongings. We did have problems getting to speak with staff before and after he was there, leaving messages without callbacks etc. A billing error took months to resolve and so I would not have given 5 stars then-however the new billing and administration staff who came on board in the recent past were responsive and the bill was resolved quickly once they were involved . I think others will have a 100% good experience now from the very start.

CSL Hampton at Topping Lane has been a godsend to our family. My husband came in with serious physical and memory issues. CSL embraced him and took him into memory care with ease, efficiency and kindness. The management and staff have truly helped him recover to the point that we are moving him to more independent living in their Assisted Living facility. The caregivers on his unit are so compassionate, personable and friendly; always providing a smile or fun interaction. They also let my husband use their phone when he wants to make a call. All caregivers in the sweet memories unit are fabulous! Renee, the Ed, Daniela, the RCD, Shay, ARCD, and Rohan, the Bus Mgr have made this the best experience ever!!

My first impression is the entrance is full of BLOOMS and cheer. We were greeted with smiles and friendly salutations. The facility was bright, cheerful and the air was refreshing. My Aunt was happy to see me and her space was immaculate as always. Our visit was lovely and I am thankful for her time with your facility.
