Commonwealth Senior Living at Manassas

Commonwealth stood out among the other facilities in the Manassas area. The newly renovated facility has An attractive and welcoming look andin the staff are very friendly, caring and professional. A few other positives… —We didn’t get any pushy sales pitch. The facility and staff sold itself. — When we had questions they got answered during the exploration phase all the way through in. — The day my loved one moved in there was a welcome sign with her name on door and in the elevator. Many staff members came by a room to introduce themselves or to say hello — We had lunch with her the first day. We paid for it but they said they would refund it. The meal was on them! And we experienced firsthand how good the food was. — They gave us a nice magnetic poster with large print for the back of her door that listed all the meal times so she didn’t have to remember those. — There are daily activities various interests and levels each day. Residence can pick up the schedule of them in large print each day at the front desk. — There is a concierge 8 to 8 every day in case anything comes up. — The safety pendant with call button they gave her to wear all the time is waterproof so it can be worn it even when she’s in the shower! — Because my relative’s husband had been in the military Commonwealth covered her moving costs up to $2000. Those are just a few things that I have appreciated. I would highly recommend them.

I showed up a bit early and got an unfiltered look at how the staff works — and it was impressive. They operated as a true team, showing genuine care for the residents and the property. My son performed here recently with his studio (Harmony Studios) and as someone who works closely in this industry, I wanted to share how exceptionally impressed I was with this community. It is not easy to create an environment that feels both clinically sound and genuinely like home, but CSL has clearly achieved that balance. The culture of care, the attentiveness of the team, and the way their residents are treated with such dignity and warmth stood out immediately. I could feel the difference the moment I walked in, and it speaks volumes about the leadership and team. Hope is a gem and its so very obvious how much she cares about each resident there.

I have had the pleasure of visiting Commonwealth Assisted Living in Manassas many times, and each visit has been a wonderful experience. The staff is consistently warm, professional, and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the community. The building is always clean, well-maintained, and inviting, and it is clear that the residents are enjoying their home! It is always a pleasure to be able to go to a community with such welcoming staff members such as Laura who goes above and beyond during tours and sets the tone for the full experience at commonwealth and Amber who is in charge of the community but also just as welcoming and kind. Great community!
