This award highlights the individual who knocked it out of the ballpark and went above and beyond in generating great content for their social media accounts.The Evolution Award celebrates individuals who stood out in a crowd in 2022 by bringing new life to our Signature Programs.The Team Evolution Award celebrates a team, either a community team or specific individuals who stood out in a crowd in 2022 by bringing new life to our Signature Programs.The Program Assistant of the Year award is also based on the same qualifiers as the Resident Programs Director of the Year such as involvement, leadership, longevity, and creativity.The Rising Star Award celebrates an individual who has differentiated themselves and proven their leadership, creativity, within the first 2 years of the Resident Programs Director role.Our Service Before Self award recognizes individuals who not only perform with high standards in their Resident Programs role but, who also go above and beyond that role everyday.Excellence in Memory Care award celebrates a team that shows cohesiveness, creativity, and engagement in their Sweet Memories neighborhood.The Resident Programs Director of the year possesses leadership qualities within their community, engagement and involvement at their communities, creativity in programming, collaboration with other departments, and longevity within their role.This year, we had the pleasure of awarding two of our Resident Programs Director's this award!
