They conduct an assessment to determine the level of assistance residents may in need with their daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management. We are conveniently located near and offer transportation to Sentara Leigh Hospital, Chesapeake Regional Medical Center, and Virginia Ophthalmology Associates.
Our goal is to ensure residents not only receive the support they need but also stay connected and engaged with our community. That's why we offer a variety of events and activities designed to foster meaningful relationships between residents, families, and our associates.
