Commonwealth Senior Living at Gloucester House

Overall the visit was ok. The lady at the front desk was kind. When I went into the back area only one of the workers gave me any assistance. This is the bad part I used the restroom that wasn't to presentable.

I have visited friends there on several occasions and have found the staff at Gloucester House to be very friendly and kind to residents and visitors! The facility is very clean and odor free. My friends are happy with the care that they receive there! We’re lucky to have this facility in Gloucester!

When I think of the fun experiences, the lively atmosphere, and dedicated and love care, only one place comes to mind...CSL Gloucester House. The director, Dierdre, care team, Lisa and CeCe, and all the other individuals involved in dad's daily life made the transition from care-taker to daughter easy. Throughout the 5+ years that Pop lived at Gloucester House, I was able to enjoy outings, family nights, games, pictures shared and sitting with dad around the community. The associates and other families are friendly, dedicated and willing to lend a hand or two whenever a question, concern or idea comes to them. Being able to breathe and know that dad was taken care of right up till he passed away, gave me a sense of security, peace and calmness that if anything happened, someone would call me. My sweet dachshund, Copper, can even come and visit dad and brighten other residents along the way. Gloucester House receives 5 starts from a caring, loving, dedicated daughter that knew her decision was the right one for her dad when she needed it the most!

Recently toured here and found it amazing! Haley and the team there are great. We couldn’t imagine a better place for our grandmother. The staff was pleasant, the rooms looked great, and we took a lot at their menus and activities and we think it would be such a great fit! We recommend!

I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with Commonwealth Senior Living at Gloucester House and, in particular, Haley Hamilton, their Sales Director. Haley is wonderful to work with—she is responsive, compassionate, and genuinely committed to making sure residents and families have access to the resources and support they need. Our partnership has been a great example of what can happen when healthcare and senior living teams communicate and collaborate effectively. Together, we’re able to help meet the needs of seniors in our community, support families during important transitions, and connect people with the appropriate services and care.
