Tina, Trina, Lisa and the entire staff are consistently responsive and caring. This is the second facility we’ve got our mother in. The care, cleanliness and attention is so much, much better here than the previous facility. What a wonderful surprise to discover that none of the staff have their phones out! Great policy. We have been supported as a family and treated with the utmost respect and professionalism.

My grandma recently moved into Commonwealth New Baltimore, from our first initial tour it definitely felt like home. The staff are kind and courteous and the management team is on top of everything that we need, we would recommend Commonwealth New Baltimore to everyone.

– Terry Balko

I placed my 80yr old Mother in Commonwealth at the beginning of Feb 2024 after having moved her from East Harbor because they felt they could no longer meet her needs. Knowing what I know now, I just wish I had moved her in Commonwealth in the beginning. Although she has since passed, the entire staff from Trina to Heather to Tina to every single Caregiver was nothing short of excellent, compassionate all with empathy. I can't praise that team enough. Thank you all for all that you do!

Super nice staff!
