Every year, the Commonwealth Senior Living Sales Conference brings together our incredible Sales Directors to reflect, connect, and celebrate the people who make the lives of our residents, families, and fellow associates truly special. 

Guided by an Olympic theme, the conference was charged with excitement. Just like athletes striving for greatness, our teams showcased what it means to stay committed, push boundaries, and support one another in pursuit of a shared mission.

The highlight of the conference was the award ceremony, where we celebrated associates who went above and beyond, stepping onto the podium to proudly receive their gold, silver, or bronze medals. These leaders embody dedication and excellence, raising the bar for everyone around them. From exceptional community leadership to impressive sales accomplishments, each award celebrated a hard-earned triumph and a moment of well-deserved recognition.

Most Lives Saved

Presented to the communities with the highest number of new move-ins, the Most Lives Saved Award celebrates the lives touched and families supported, highlighting the meaningful difference our communities make in the lives of those they serve.
